Timothy (Tim) Spicer is the escrow manager for Fidelity National Title’s Waterford Lakes office. He started working in the title insurance industry in 1991, and has over 15 years of experience as an office manager. Tim has been an office manager for the Waterford office since May of 2016 and is a licensed title agent.

Tim is a Florida native and graduated from the University of Central Florida.
