Susan (Sue) Hurst has been in the Title Insurance industry since 1986. Sue was hired by Fidelity National Title in April of 1997 and has managed one or more of their closing offices since then. Currently, Sue is Assistant Vice President; and South Florida Area Manager in Plantation for Fidelity National Title of East Florida. Sue is a licensed title agent for the Florida Department of Finance. She understands all areas of the escrow/title transaction and has the experience to handle all of your real estate closings, no matter how complex. Sue’s expertise and involvement with commercial, bank owned properties (REO), new construction, including but not limited to land acquisitions and condominium projects are among her strongest attributes. Sue is extremely dedicated and loves both her work and this industry.
